Note | From Travis R. Hart, 3650 Country Club Dr, Bakersfield, CA 93306. From obituary. The Rev. Forrest Edward Gann, 71, of Rogers, died Monday, June 21, at St. Mary's Hospital, Rogers. He was born Jan. 11, 1922, at Seligman, Mo., to James and Emma Reed Gann. He was the local missionary for the Benton County Missionary Baptist Association 1954-87. He served as the director of the Good News radio program and was the editor of the Baptist Banner for many years. He was preceeded in death by a daughter, Tresa Greninger. Survivors are his wife, Leota Gann of the home; a son, James Nick Gann of Bentonville; a daughter, Vicki Ann Severs of Rogers; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. |
