She received her Master's Degree in the 30's when few had Master's. I remember her thesis was "The Truths of Shakespeare." She was an English teacher in Stillwater, OK and the Northwestern Teacher's College in Alva, OK. She did some odd things in her older years, but I always remember her as a very brilliant lady. She was a Democrat and very interested in politics. |
