John Gann was proven to be the son of Isaac and Ann Clark Gann by the Power of Attorney given to his brother Samuel Gann to go the Tennessee to see if they had money coming to their father, who was deceased, and for their mother, who was also deceased. The Estate of Nathan Gann was to be settled and there was a lawsuit against the Estate of John Clark. John was in the 1840 census of Buchanan Co, MO and had two females under 5, He and his wife were over 20 and under 30. In 1847 John sold land to Henry Watkins. When John and Louisa Gann sold land 11 Jan 1867, Book 46, Page 214, they were living in San Joaquin, CA.
