In an Affidavit in Chancery Ct. Record, Hamilton Co, Tenn. #9604, William's sister Mary wrote. "He died in Illinois at [Golounder]. I can't tell which children he left. He had Madison, Fannie and Fronie and Arminda and Nancy, and that is all that I know about. I last heard of them about 12 years ago [ca. 1892], and all I heard of then was Arminda and she lived at Paducah and said that she was the only child living." William was a farmer and had a property value of $400 in Hamilton Co, 1850. |
