Elizabeth Gann Franks came to the Macedonia area of Chickasaw County, MS after the Civil War when John S. Gann appears in the same community. A grave marked with a stone and flowers placed there by John S. Gann's granddaughter, great granddaughter or gg-granddaughter is for Aunt Bet Franks. This grave is beside John S. Gann.
