Mr. Boucher was a native of Chillicothe and Livingston County, born on a farm north of Sampsel March 6, 1881, the son of Thomas E. and Agnes A. (Gann) Boucher. Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Amanda Bivens, Chillicothe; a daughter, Mrs. Virginia Edna Boucher, Washburn; a son Earnest, St. Louis; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Audrey Norman, Mackson; a granddaughter, Netta Boucher, St. Louis; a grand-stepson, and a grand-stepdaughter. |
