Dies at Her Home in Lock Springs. Mrs. Anna Pursley Ill For Several Months. Mrs. Anna L. Pursley, 84, died at 6 o'clock Monday evening at the family home in Lock Springs. She had been in failing health for several months and seriously ill 10 days. Anna L. Boucher, daughter of Thomas Boucher and Agnes (Gann) Boucher, was born April 18, 1883, in Livingston County. She spent her entire lifetime in the Sampsel and Lock Springs communities. She attended Boucher rural school. Mrs. Pursley was a member of the Methodist Church. She married Orville A. Pursley on March 8, 1907, in Livingston County. Mr. Pursley died March 30, 1963. Mrs. Pursley is survived by three sons, Raymond Pursley, Hoquiam, Wash.; Forrest E. Pursley, Riverside, Calif., and Olin E. Pursley, Lock Springs; a daughter Mrs. Opal Youtsey, Chillicothe; two brothers, Emery Boucher, Chillicothe, and Edward E. Boucher, St. Louis, and a sister, Mrs. Amanda J. Bivens, Chillicothe; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son; a brother; three sisters and a granddaughter. Funeral arrangements, under the direction of the Norman Funeral Home, are incomplete and will be announced Wednesday.
