He was a US Army veteran having served in Vietnam. Frederick is survived by his mother Jean Apraque [sic]; former wife, JoAnn Harman Gann; son, Douglas and his wife Lilian; daughter, Cherri Gann Wilson and her husband, David; sisters, Mary Beth Gann and Julie Pearce; brothers, David, Peter, Gary and Twin.
