Judith Ann "Judy" Fox, 52, Customer Service Supervisor for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma succumbed to complications from IPF (Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis) on Saturday, April 5, 2003. Judy was a Broken Arrow High School Graduate and a lifelong Tulsa area resident. Judy devoted much of her energies to the founding of the Tulsa Chapter of The Coalition for Pulmonary Fibrosis, in support of people living with IPF. Survivors include; husband, Leon Simmons; children, Shandra Gann, Lane, Leighton and Nora Simmons; brothers, Thomas, Gary, Billy, Bobby and Michael Fox; and sister, Pam Palmer. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday April 9, 2003 at the Fitgerald Ivy Chapel, 1402 S. Boulder Avenue, Tulsa, OK.
