Military	General Muster of Nueva Vizcaya 1716 San Francisco de Cuellar, Chihuahua Note: The Governor of Nueva Vizcaya required a muster of all able bodied men in 1716. In San Francisco de Cuellar (modern day Ciudad Chihuahua) two Irigoyen men, Ildefonso de Yrigoyen and Francisco Xavier de Yrigoyen, appeared with their arms.
