Note

According to the published genealogy of Lindsay Hale Boyd on rootsweb:

"On the 1870 census for Trinity County, a Susannah Tines, age 8, is living with Nathan and Caroline Magee, who may be her grandparents. If so, Robert may have married a Magee, had daughter Susannah, and died before 1870. According to _Trinity County beginnings (Trinity County Book Committee, 1986, pages 547-548), Susannah Tynes was the daughter of "A. Tynes" and Mary Melissa Magee. Susannah married Christopher Columbus Magee, her first cousin once removed, and had a daughter Lillian."
