Don Watt, prominent Windham Township poultry farmer, has become the first man to throw his hat into the ring for the Republican nomination for county treasurer in the May 18 election. Mr. Watt, whose education includes attendance at the University of North Dakota, has operated a poultry farm in Wyoming County since 1942.
