In another probate record, of Baltimore County, it was noted that by March 12, 1722, Ambrose Nelson had died, leaving a Will. (Compilers Note: It would be a pretty accurate assumption, that Ambrose passed away by early March of 1722. In a Family History of Baltimore County, Dated March 12, 1722, it indicated Ambrose Nelson, Deceased.] Most abbreviated records show a date of August 15,1717; March 12, 1728, but this only means August 15, 1717 as filing or recording of Ambrose's Will, and the date, March 12, 1728, is when Martha Probated original will, son Ambrose Jr. to be Executor, after her death.

The next probate action on Ambrose and Martha's Estate is dated March 28, 1729 & July 8, 1729, when the Estate was appraised and Creditor's were noted and or paid, which was administrated by Ambrose Nelson Jr. It also stated that Richard and John Nelson were next of kin to Administrator. By Ambrose Jr. being the now Administrator of the Estate, Martha, his mother, is dead. Probably died March 1729. This court action was filed in Anne Arundel County, Maryland.
Note:A Peter Pinkston wrote a will on Jan 5, 1747 in Talbot Co MD. It was proved in 1748 after his death…
A Peter Pinkston wrote a will on Jan 5, 1747 in Talbot Co MD. It was proved in 1748 after his death. It is not clear whether this was Peter Pinkston Jr or Sr. Most likely it was Jr.

In the Name of God Amen the Fifth day of January one thousand seven hundred and forty seven
I Peter Pinkstone of Talbot County in the Province of Maryland Planter being sick and weak of Body but
of Sound and Perfect memory, praise be given to God for the same and knowing the uncertainty of this
Life and the Certainty of death do make this my last will and testament in manner and form ?? ??
And as ?? such worldly estate .... I give and Bequeath unto my well beloved Friend Isaac Dixon
all my personal estate measureable and immeasureable as also that debt of eight hundred pounds of
tobacco thats due unto me from William Kelly? for my crop of Corn and Tobacco made upon Robert
Halls? plantation in ?? one thousand seven hundred and forty seven as also that debt of two hundred
pounds of tobacco due unto me from Richard Hart? ... as also that debt due unto me for a good ??
from Richard Barrow?? to him his heirs and ?? forever, do witness my hand .. this day ..

Note:This may not be the same William Pinkston. (There was a William Pinkston who came into Maryland on a ship earlier in the century.) Also, the William Pinkston who lived in Frederick Co was a carpenter according to records in the Maryland Archives.
