| Name | Pomposa was certainly the mother of Juana Paula Monzon and Juana was the adopted daughter of Manuel Joseph Monzon. Juana was illigitimate and it is possible that Manuel adopted her after he married Pomposa. In 1777 Pomposa stated she was a widow. The surname Muñoz comes from the 1779 enlistment papers of Melisio Monson who stated his parent's were Pompa Muñoz and Manuel Monson. |
